  2. Put a little oil, pour it over the non- stick tawa, Already pre-heated. After one side is cooked. Turn it over, then apply tomato sauce, put chopped onions, capsicum, crushed paneer, grated carrot and put cheese on top.
  3. Then cover it with an inverted bowl, for the cheese to melt. Once done, take it on a platter and garnish it with oregano and chilli flakes.
