Add grated paneer, salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder and rice flour to it and mix well. After making the potato wedges, I wanted to make cutlets in oven. The combination of paneer and potato is so good, so I decided to use it for this cutlet.

  1. Take a pan add mashed potato and rice mash paneer onion green chilli coriander leaves salt and white pepper powder, mango powder, ginger powder and mix well
  2. Shape it as per your choice.
  3. Take a bowl add 2 tbsp flour and add some water mix well and dip in cutlets and coat with bread crumbs and deep fry.
  4. Enjoy with your family.

After making the potato wedges, I wanted to make cutlets in oven. The combination of paneer and potato is so good, so I decided to use it for this cutlet. I have kept the flavours majorly Indian. Combine the green pea-paneer mixture & potato mixture in a bowl and mix well. Fry potato cutlets in batches until golden brown on both sides.
