Cut cauliflower and potato into medium sized cubes and thoroughly wash it. Heat oil in a frying pan / kadai. Add green chilli, ginger garlic and stir for few seconds. Add chopped onions and fry over medium heat until light golden brown.

  1. Wash and cut vegetables into desired sizes for fry. Boil cauliflower in water for upto 5 mins on high flame.
  2. Take a frying pan and add oil, then cummin seeds, kalyapak, red chillies, onions, turmeric powder,salt and ginger garlic paste and toss it around for a minute.
  3. Add potatoes and boiled cauliflower and let it cook on medium flame for 20 mins. Toss around in between.
  4. At last add coriander powder and chilli powder and let it cook for 2 more mins.

Add green chilli, ginger garlic and stir for few seconds. Add chopped onions and fry over medium heat until light golden brown. Add coconut milk, spice mixture, and the cauliflower and potato.
