Instructions to make Moong Dal Dosa:
  1. Soak moong dal in water with methi dana for 4-5 hours. - Soak Chana dal in another bowl for 5-6 hours.
  2. After soaking grind it with with 1-2 spoon of water and ginger and green chilli in mixer jar.
  3. The consistency of the dosa batter is running thick. so adjust the batter consistency by adding water if it is thick or rice flour if it become thin.
  4. As it is a quick dosa so no need for fermentation is here. - Heat the dosa pan and check the temperature of the pan by drizzling water on it.
  5. Clean the water with cotton cloth. Spread the batter with a ladle full on it.
  6. Let it gets cook. It will show up some bubbles on it, which means it is cooked. sprinkle oil drops on it and spread a layer of stuffing on it and fold in the desired shape.
  7. Moong dal dosa is ready to serve. I served it with mint chutney you can have it with desired chutney.
