Add the mayonnaise, heavy cream, mustard, garlic salt, pepper, and chives to a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.

Steps to make Keto coleslaw:
  1. Shred cabbage, finely shred. Salt. Massage to break. Let rest until it starts to loosen liquid. Repeat salt and massage. Let rest again. When you press a fistful and the cabbage releases drops, it's - ready.
  2. Mix all the other ingedients to firm dressing.
  3. Pour dressing and mix well. Taste and correct dressing if needed.
  4. Let rest at least 1 hour in the fridge for flavors to combine.

Remove from the food processor and add to a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, heavy cream, mustard, garlic salt, pepper, and chives to a small bowl and whisk together until smooth. Shred the cabbage with a sharp knife, mandolin slicer or a food processor. Place in a bowl and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir well and let sit for ten minutes.
