The ingredients needed to make Falafel:
  1. Make ready chickpea (dry)
  2. Take small onion
  3. Get garlic
  4. Prepare parsley
  5. Get baking soda
  6. Prepare flour

Instructions to make Falafel:
  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight.

  3. Use a food processor or a blender to mix the ingredients. Grind them well, but do not make it pasty.
  4. Form small balls, and fry in deep oil for a few minutes until brown and crispy. You can also do it in a pan, frying them for a few minutes per side.
