Slice the onion, grate the garlic (I use my mortar to make the garlic black pepper paste). Prepare a big saucepan, heat it, and put the oil. Saute the onion till golden brown./Iris bawang bombay, parut bawang putih (saya menggunakan lesung untuk membuat pasta lada hitam bawang putih). Siapkan panci besar, panaskan, dan beri minyak. Tumis bawang bombay hingga berwarna cokelat keemasan.
Add the garlic and black pepper powder (or garlic paste), saute it for 2-3 minutes, then add the beef bones and beef slices.
