  6. Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  10. Take 1/2 cup Fine semolina

Dip fish fillets in the milk mixture and then in the dry mixture. Line cookie sheet with foil; generously spray foil with cooking spray. In shallow bowl or dish, beat egg and water with wire whisk until well blended. In another shallow bowl or dish, mix bread crumbs, lemon-pepper seasoning and garlic salt.

Instructions to make Crispy fish:
  1. Wash fish, marinate with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, garlic paste, mustard powder, cumin powder vinegar and keep it in the fridge for 1hour
  2. Take the marinated fish, dip it in egg and then semolina, arrange in a plate
  3. Once finish the procedure for all the slices, keep a pan, add oil and shallow fry in a medium flame
  4. Enjoy the crispy fish with coconut rice with chilli garlic sauce

In shallow bowl or dish, beat egg and water with wire whisk until well blended. In another shallow bowl or dish, mix bread crumbs, lemon-pepper seasoning and garlic salt. Fry the fish until golden brown, and flesh is easily flaked with a fork. Dip fish in milk; coat with flour. Dip again in milk, then in crumb mixture to coat all sides.
