  6. Prepare 3 garlic cloves
  7. Get 2 spring onions (chopped)

Peel and mash the boiled potatoes. Then chop the veggies that is onion, capsicum or green bell peppers, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Mix all chopped veggies with mashed potatoes and after mixing add red chilli powder, cornflour, and salt. again mix it. I used Yukon Golds but any kind will work.

Steps to make Potato Balls *Vegetarian:
  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, and dice them.
  2. Fry the potato diced until its soft., mash it well.
  3. Fry the onion or shallots and garlics half done, mash them.
  4. Mix the mashed potatoes with mashed onion and garlics, put the salt, pepper, chopped spring onion, and chopped celery. Mix them well.
  5. Make small balls and press the middle part a little bit.
  6. Crack an egg in a bowl and mix it well.
  7. Pre-heat cooking oil in a frying pan for deep frying.
  8. Put the potato balls into egg, flip them well and fry them in hot cooking oil, flip them to the other side until both sides turn golden.
  9. Serve them while its hot.

Mix all chopped veggies with mashed potatoes and after mixing add red chilli powder, cornflour, and salt. again mix it. I used Yukon Golds but any kind will work. Drop these in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil, adding a pinch of salt if you're so inclined. To prepare this potato balls recipe, start by washing thoroughly the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and place them in a large saucepan.
