  1. Sautee green onions, bell pepper & minced garlic in butter. set aside
  2. Sautee sweet onion & chicken until chicken is white
  3. add cream of chicken soup & mix til smooth
  4. add all remaining ingredients
  5. simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally
  6. serve over rice if desired

Preparing your Etouffee. Preheat fire to medium high heat. Garnish with green onions and a dusting of cayenne pepper.
