  3. Now add hot water, add milk give nice steam add sugar, dry fruits, kesar syrup, cardamom powder and cook for 5 mins take it out.
  4. Actually it is used as prasadam in our pooja tastes yum. Dissolves in mouth.

Sooji Halwa is delicious and a welcome treat for guests. I have done this recipe a few years ago and now decided to do another version of Sooji. Semolina, when made sweet, is called sheera.
