  1. Boil your rice set aside

  5. Stir fry the vegetables with spices
  6. Dry the onions well
  7. Deep fry the onions till crispy and brown
  8. When onions are done fry the tomatoes
  9. In a pot in bottom cover with a layer of rice
  10. On the rice a layer of vegetables
  11. Repeat with rice
  12. Then vegetables
  13. Rice on top heat on low with lid let it steam
  14. Garnish the top with dill weed or fennel, tomatoes and onions
