  3. Break apart with spatula cook for 5 more minutes
  4. Add celery onions and pepper.. cook till onions are transparent about 5 minutes
  5. Add stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce,chili seasoning both beans and water
  6. Bring to boil
  7. Turn to low and simmer one hr
  8. Add cheese if desired and enjoy
