  1. Get 16 large jalapeños
  2. Prepare 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese

Steps to make Stuffed Jalapeños:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the peppers. Make a lengthwise slit down each pepper, leaving the stem intact; carefully remove ribs and seeds. Fill each pepper with 1 tbsp of mixture.
  2. Heat grill on one side and leave other side unheated. Place the peppers on a sheet of aluminum foil and place on cool side of the grill.
  3. Cover grill and cook for 8-12 minutes or until the peppers have softened and the cheese has melted. (You can also broil the peppers in the oven.)
