  3. Heat a pan with some oil / PAM spreay
  4. Once its hot enough, drop the slices one by one. Cook on both sides until well done / Golden Brown.
  5. Serve with Maple syrup drizzled over it and dust some sugar if need be.
  6. Tip: Adjust the sugar in the mix according to your taste. I found this quite sweet, considering you have maple syrup on top of it as well. Don't skip the cinnamon, it gives a nice break to all the sweetness.

It's golden, rich and full of delicious eggnog flavor. Whisk egg whites, cinnamon, and eggnog in a shallow bowl. Heat nonstick skillet on medium heat. It's delicious, but not overly eggnog flavored. Next time, I'll use milk with vanilla and spices to make Oh my goodness those look amazing.
