  2. Now fry the cauliflower florets once done keep it aside then sauté the veggies or few minutes then add the ginger paste and other spices cook it until the raw smell goes out
  3. Now add dal and rice and salt and cook it for few minutes then add water cover it and cook it until the rice and dal gets soft
  4. Now add the fry cauliflowers, tomatoes and little sugar cook it for few minutes then add ghee and turn off the flame
