  16. Make ready 1-1/4 pound baby yellow crookednecked squash

Instructions to make Brown Chili with Little Ears:
  1. In a pot brown all the meats, dice the onion and add to the meat. Sauté till the onion is translucent. Slice the squash.
  2. Add the beans, hominy, corn and spices. Add in half the demi glace. Stir allow to simmer 15 minutes and add the mushroom broth. Be careful with the demi glace this will make the chili thick and rich.
  3. When it simmers add the Orecchiette. Boil, peel, and chop, the eggs.
  4. Add the rest of the demi glace. Stir in the Orecchiette. Add the chopped eggs. Stir well!!
