  4. In a same pan slowly pour the eggs into the pan. Once the eggs are in the pan, do not stir! Let them just sit and start to bubble up a little bit.
  5. Quickly fold one side of the omelet over the toppings like Coriander and mint leaves
  6. Serve hot 🔥
