  1. Cut squash into 2 inch long thick strips
  2. Wrap each piece with a slice of bacon. You can put a toothpick in, but you don't really need it.
  3. Cook in oven on 375° for 15-20 min

In a small bowl, combine your garlic salt and chili powder, toss. Place the cubed squash in a large bowl and coat with the avocado oil, cinnamon, paprika, sea salt, black pepper and a pinch of the sage or rosemary. Cut the bacon slices either in thirds or in half down the middle depending on the length of your bacon. One bacon slice per squash/pumpkin stick should suffice. Then, just sprinkle a little bit of onion powder (the secret ingredient!) on top of each wrapped squash/pumpkin stick and bake.
