  12. Get Freshly cooked Rice, Pasta or Mashed Potato to serve

Then add the chopped cornichons and stir to. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and brown the beef strips quickly, then push the beef strips off to one side.   4. Bring it to the boil. Check the flavour and add Salt if needed. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in sour cream and it’s done.
  5. Serve with freshly cooked rice, pasta or mashed potato and a plenty of Cracked Pepper.
