  1. Cube tilapia
  2. Chop up garlic cloves
  3. Mix all ingredients, except red onion.
  4. squeeze all lime juice, make sure all the fish is pretty covered.
  5. Place thinly sliced onions on top
  6. Squeeze one more lime onto the red onions
  7. Let dish marinate for at least 3hrs. Best to let it marinate for 5hrs.
  8. You may add a side to complete the dish. Such as sweet potato, corn on the cob
