To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook egyptian style falafel using 6 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Egyptian style Falafel:
  1. Take split fava beans
  2. Get finely chopped(dill, parsley and coriander)
  3. Make ready large sized onion (or chive) and 4 cloves of garlic
  4. Take flat tablespoon of salt
  5. Get black pepper
  6. Prepare each (cumin and ground coriander)

Either you choose to fry it immediately or after being stored in the freezer, add a pinch of baking powder (according to the amount u have) and stir it thoroughly with a fork to get more air into it, then deep fry in a hot oil (test it by putting one drop of the dough), then lower the heat a little bit to be fully cooked from inside without getting burnt from outside
