Falafel Bhajia is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. Falafel Bhajia is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

The ingredients needed to make Falafel Bhajia:
  1. Get 400 grams Chickpeas (fresh)
  2. Take 200 grams grated Carrots
  3. Prepare 100 grams Feta crumbled
  4. Take 200 grams Frozen Spinach defrosted and drained
  5. Get 1 onion (diced)
  6. Make ready 5 clove garlic finely sliced.
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  9. Take bunch of Parsley and Coriander (or, a combination is best).
  10. Take 1 Jalapeno with seeds
  11. Make ready 1 Juice of a Lemon
  12. Take 1 Heaped tablespoon of Flour, more for dusting
  13. Get 1 Salt
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  15. Make ready 1 Black Pepper
Instructions to make Falafel Bhajia:
  1. Add Chickpeas on Food Processor. Pulse a few times until coarse. Add the rest or the mixture. Combine with hands or spoon.
  2. Water hands. Form into Falafel like shapes, dusting with flour. Fry on a low heat until a crust forms, 5-10 minutes. Olive oil is recommended. You can freeze at this stage, just allow to cool first.
  3. To finish cooking, bake in the oven at 180, 15 minutes on each side. Wrap in a pita with salad, or even plain with bread and butter. Tuna can be thrown in as well with some herbs & cream cheese.
  4. Garnish ideas: Taditional Tahini sauce, or Sesame seeds will work, though I haven't tried it. Peanut butter compliments most of the ingredients. Mango Chutney works especially well with the carrots and spinach. A regular salad - Lemon, Tomato, Onion, more Feta & Lettuce leaves are a must, whatever you decide for garnish.
