  6. Stir fry the chicken with some olive in a pan till the chicken is cooked. This may take 4-6 minutes.
  7. When the chicken is cooked, toss the veggies in the pan with the chicken, give it a final toss so that all the flavours come together and turn off the heat.
  8. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot with Mint chutney or any sauce of your choice.

Mix well and stir mixture into chicken and vegetables, then stir in rice and noodles. Combine the chicken and stir-fry sauce together in a large bowl, and toss until combined.
