  8. Make ready 2 tb spoon ghee

  12. Prepare 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  13. Prepare 1 tea spoon ginger paste

  16. Make ready 1 tea spoon chilli powder
  17. Get 1-2 tomatoes​
  18. Take 2-3 green chillies
Steps to make Chicken malai curry:
  1. Wash the chicken pieces with warm water
  2. Prepare a marination of curd, chili powder,garam marsala powder, turmeric powder,salt and oil
  3. Marinate the chicken pieces and keep aside for at least one hour.
  4. Now soak the dedicated coconut with warm milk/water
  5. Prepare a paste of onion and puree the tomatoes along with garlic and green chilli
  6. Heat a pan add oil and a tea spoon ghee
  7. Add the whole garam masalas,jeera,bay leaf and red chilli and allow to crackle
  8. Now put some onion sliced and fry
  9. Now add the chicken with marination and saute.cover the pan while doing this.
  10. When the Mari nation get almost dried add the onion,ginger paste,salt and turmeric powder
  11. Add tomato garlic paste chilli powder and fry to mix it well
  12. When the masala is nicely mixed with the chicken add the coconut straining out the milk
  13. Lastly add the coconut milk and cover it.keep the flame low
  14. Garnish the chicken curry with ghee and garam marsala powder
