Take 1 Bamboo basket (10" size) for steaming
Take 1 Banana Leaf for lining
Get 1 Nonstick Wok with lid for steaming water
Prepare 1 plate for spreading rice
Take 1 medium bowl for mixing

In a medium bowl, add all thr ingredients except rice and water.
Let the mix marinate for 10 minutes.
Line the Bamboo Basket with Banana Leaf and set aside.
Heat 800 ml water in wok till it bubbles. Keep it covered with lid.
Roll out 8 equal pieces of the chicken mix.
Spread the presoaked rice over a plate and roll the chicken Balls over it firmly and place on the Banana leaf lined in the Bamboo Basket. Keep a little space for allowing expansion of rice.
