  5. Deflat lightly, and roll out into an oval.
  6. Fold in the sides so that they overlap a little, then roll up. Seal the ends lightly.
  7. Put the rolled up pieces in an oiled bread pan, and leave to rise again (2nd rising). The time depends on the season and room temperature, but it takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  8. When the dough has risen up to the rim of the pan, bake in a 180°C oven for 25 minutes.
  9. When it has finished baking, to prevent the loaf from collapsing, drop the bread pan once from a height onto your work surface, then take the loaf out of the pan.
