  1. Take 110 g melted butter
  2. Make ready 120 g brown sugar
  3. Make ready 1 egg
  4. Get 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. Take 160 g all purposed flour
  6. Take 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. Take pinch salt
  8. Get 1 cup rolled oat
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup sliced almond

  1. In a sauce pan, melt and heat butter until it turns slightly brown and smell nutty. Leave to cool for 10 minute.
  2. Add brown sugar, stir to just combine. Then add egg and vanilla. Stir until the mixture turn to light color.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Then add into the wet mixture. Fold until well combined.
  4. Add rolled oat and sliced almond. Mix well.
  5. Keep the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hr to set.
  6. Make the dough in any shapes you want. Then bring back to the fridge and leave it cool for another 1 hr.
  7. Bake at 170C for 20 minute.
