The ingredients needed to make Healthy muffins:
  1. Make ready 1 cup wheat flour
  2. Take 1 cup oats flour
  3. Get 0.5 cup jaggery
  4. Take 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. Prepare 1 tsp baking powder
  6. Make ready 0.5 tsp baking soda
  7. Get 0.25 cup oil
  8. Take 1 cup yogurt
  9. Make ready Small piece of butter
  10. Get Pinch salt
  11. Take Cardamom seeds
  12. Take Raisins and cashews
  13. Get Mashed bananas
  14. Get Strawberry for topping
  15. Make ready 0.5 tbsp tsp coco powder
Steps to make Healthy muffins:
  1. In a bowl mix yogurt, vanilla extract. Sieve wheat flour, oats flour, baking powder, pinch salt and baking soda to the same bowl.
  2. Mix well and add jaggery, oil to it. Mix until no lumps found.
  3. Now preheat oven at 350F
  4. Now take a portion of batter and add half of bananas, raisins, cardamom and pour to muffin pan. Add strawberry on top
  5. Now mix cocoa powder to other portion of batter. Add more jaggery/sugar based on your taste. Mix it with banana, raisins and cardamom.
  6. Pour it to muffin pan. Add strawberry as a topping
  7. Now place the muffin pan in oven and bake it for 25 minutes.
  8. Once prepared let it cool for 10 minutes. Remove it and serve hot
